Technical support is free to all subscribers for problems and questions you may have for the following type of issues:

  • Bugs
  • Browser-related issues
  • Security
  • Advice on migration of your data
  • Upgrading, billing and payment

Online Training

Online training is available for support with how to use the software. Limited online training hours are included in your basic plan subscription. Please check your plan details. If you require additional online training in using Cosmetri software, please use this page to purchase support hours, prior to scheduling your appointment. You may then schedule a training.

Modification of Software

Cosmetri provide cloud-hosted, software-as-a-service (SaaS). Your subscription includes regular releases to the software according to our planned upgrade path. Requests for modifications or new features outwith our upgrade path must be agreed by us and will be applied to the SaaS, available to all users. Agreed modifications are based upon a 50% discounted hourly rate of €45, instead of €90, exc. VAT. Please inquire for further details and to discuss your requirements.

Choose from one of the available online training packages below to purchase your pre-paid training hours. You may then schedule a training. Online training is provided via Zoom.
