Frequently Asked Questions
A user seat is required for each active user. Each Product Manager and Cosmetri GMP includes a certain number of user seats. If a user requires access to both Cosmetri GMP and Product Manager, a user seat will be required in each application. Depending on the plan, additional user seats may be subscribed on a monthly or annual basis. There are limits in certain plans, restricting the maximum number of user seats that can be subscribed. User seat prices differ between Product Manager and Cosmetri GMP.
You do not require a user seat for permanently deactivated users. Once a user is deactivated, all historical data associated with that user will be retained in your account, ensuring traceability and data integrity. You cannot reactivate the user.
Each additional user seat subscription can be separately cancelled at any time, to the end of the current subscription period. Subscribing to a new additional user seat will synch the subscription cycle of the user seat with your main plan subscription renewal date, making it easy to manage your billing and subscription. This means that your first month or year’s subscription for a new user seat will be shorter and charged accordingly.
As per our company terms, your subscription will automatically renew on the date of the renewal. A renewal reminder may not be sent to you. You may unsubscribe up until the day prior to the renewal. Once the renewal date has been reached, your payment for the next subscription cycle is due in full. If a valid payment method is entered, our secure payment gateway Stripe will auto-charge you on the day of the renewal. You will receive an invoice and payment receipt, sent to the billing email address for your account. If your payment fails you will be notified.
We accept a variety of credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. We also support Google Pay. Payment details are encrypted and secure. No card details are stored on our server.
You may upgrade at any time, either to a different plan, or by switching from monthly to annual. To upgrade to Product Manager Enterprise Plus or Cosmetri GMP Plus, please contact us so that we can create a special plan and price for you, based upon your requirements.
Subscribers to Product Manager Enterprise and Business plans may downgrade, provided your account does not exceed any limits applicable to the lower plan, such as number of products or active users. If you are subscribed to the Compliance Pack you may also not downgrade to Product Manager Starter. To downgrade a plan, please ensure that you deactivate users or delete products before attempting to downgrade.
All upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated, meaning that any credit you have on your current subscription will be transferred in full and adjusted in your next invoice.
